Appointed by Showland Investments Limited, MCP provide Property Management services for a collection of 21 contemporary office buildings set in mature landscaped grounds within Tewkesbury Business Park. The buildings, from 2,250 sq ft to 10,050 sq ft, have been fully refurbished to a high specification.
Appointed in May 2024, MCP are responsible for all daily Property Management functions including the preparation and implementation of the estate service charge administration.
